Terms of Service

EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 14, 2026 · GETZULURX.COM

Effective date: September 14, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of getzulurx.com (the “Site”), operated by ZuluRx. By using the Site, joining the waitlist, or opting in to a text-message program described below, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. What This Site Is

ZuluRx is pre-launch. This Site is a waitlist and an informational blog. No products or services are offered or sold today. Nothing here is an offer of medical care.

Joining the waitlist creates no obligation for you and no obligation for ZuluRx. It does not guarantee that services will launch, when they will launch, what they will cost, or that they will be available where you live.

The waitlist offer — free access to the ZuluRx app for life, on the free tier (customized fitness programs, nutrition plans, and mindset and sleep resources) — is conditional on ZuluRx actually launching and on the terms in effect at launch. A paid membership at launch would unlock provider-directed care. Until launch, none of these are available.

3. Eligibility

The Site is for adults in the United States. You must be 18 or older and located in the US to join the waitlist or opt in to any text-message program. By joining, you confirm both.

4. The Waitlist

Joining works like this. You give us your email address. You can also answer a few optional questions — interest track, age band, and veteran or first-responder status — to help us build the right thing. We may also record how you found us (UTM parameters).

Our promise, made on the landing page, is part of these Terms: no spam, no selling your name, one email when doors open. We may send occasional updates before launch. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe anytime and we stop.

Joining costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You can leave the waitlist at any time by unsubscribing or by emailing contact@getzulurx.com.

5. SMS Program Terms

The future app experience includes three optional text-message programs. Each has its own separate opt-in. We send texts only to people who provide a phone number and give express consent for that specific program. Joining the waitlist by email does not sign you up for texts. Consent to texts is never required to join the waitlist.

  • Zero Eight Radio Check — a daily morning mindset quote. Message frequency: daily.
  • Nightly FRAGO — an evening reminder of tomorrow’s workout. Message frequency: up to daily.
  • Chow Line — an evening nutrition-tracking reminder during a 14-day window, then occasional check-ins. Message frequency: up to daily for 14 days, then occasional.

For every program: reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email contact@getzulurx.com. Message frequency varies by program as described above. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Content Disclaimer

Everything on this Site, including the blog and any emails or texts we send, is educational and informational only. It is not medical advice. It is not a diagnosis, treatment, or recommendation for any condition. Reading this Site, joining the waitlist, or receiving our messages does not create a provider-patient relationship with ZuluRx or anyone else. Talk to a licensed clinician before making decisions about your health.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, and layout — belong to ZuluRx. You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, modify, or commercially use the content without written permission from ZuluRx.

8. Acceptable Use

Use the Site lawfully. Do not:

  • attempt to probe, break, or overload the Site or its security;
  • submit false information, or someone else’s email address or phone number;
  • scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect data from the Site;
  • use the Site for anything unlawful.

We may block or remove access for violations.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site or blog may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

In plain language: this is a free, pre-launch website. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we make no guarantees.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ZuluRx does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZuluRx will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. To the same extent, ZuluRx’s total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us to use it — which today is zero. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms, especially as we move from waitlist to launch. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. The free-lifetime-app offer stays conditional on launch and on the terms in effect at launch.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
