Privacy Policy

This policy explains what getzulurx.com collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is short because the site is simple. Right now this is a waitlist site. No services are provided yet.

Who we are

ZuluRx is a pre-launch men’s-health membership built for veterans, first responders, and men 40 and over. At launch, it will offer telehealth services. Today, getzulurx.com does one thing: it takes waitlist signups. Waitlist members get the ZuluRx app free for life at launch. The free tier includes customized fitness programs, nutrition plans, and mindset and sleep resources. A paid membership at launch will unlock provider-directed care.

ZuluRx is not affiliated with the VA or the Department of Defense.

ZuluRx is pre-launch and is not an emergency service. In crisis, dial 988 — Veterans press 1.

What we collect

We collect only what the site needs:

• Email address. You give this in the waitlist form. It is required to join the waitlist.
• Optional segmentation answers. Interest track, age band, and veteran or first-responder status. These are optional. Skipping them does not affect your spot on the waitlist.
• UTM parameters. If you arrive from a link that carries campaign tags, we record them so we know which links work.
• Phone number — SMS programs only. We collect your phone number only if you give express consent to join one of our SMS programs. We never ask for it otherwise.

That is the full list. This site does not collect health records, payment details, or precise location data.

How we use it

• Waitlist notification. Your email holds your spot and confirms you are on the list.
• The launch email. One email when doors open.
• Occasional pre-launch updates. We may send an occasional update before launch. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• SMS programs you explicitly join. We use your phone number to run the specific text program you opted into. Nothing more.
• Improving the site. Segmentation answers and UTM data help us understand who is joining and which pages and links work.

We honor the promise on our landing page: no spam, no selling your name, one email when doors open.

Legal bases, kept plain

• Consent. You choose to join the waitlist. You choose whether to answer the optional questions. You give express consent before any SMS program starts. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Legitimate interest. We use minimal analytics and UTM data to run and improve a simple website. Nothing here profiles you or follows you around the web.

SMS and text-message privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Three optional SMS programs exist inside the future ZuluRx app experience. Each has its own separate opt-in. Joining the waitlist does not sign you up for texts. We send texts only to people who give express consent to a specific program.

• Zero Eight Radio Check. A daily morning mindset quote. Message frequency: daily.
• Nightly FRAGO. An evening reminder of tomorrow’s workout. Message frequency: up to daily.
• Chow Line. An evening nutrition-tracking reminder during a 14-day window, then occasional check-ins. Message frequency: up to daily for 14 days, then occasional.

For every program:

• Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
• Reply HELP for help, or email contact@getzulurx.com.
• Message frequency varies by program, as listed above.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of joining the waitlist or of any purchase.

Cookies and analytics

We use minimal analytics to see how the site is used — page views and where visitors come from. We do not use ad trackers today. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

Data sharing

We never sell your data. Not your email, not your phone number, not anything. That matches the promise on the landing page.

We share data only with service providers who help us run the site, and only for that purpose:

• Hosting
• Our CRM and communications platform, which sends the emails and texts
• Analytics

These providers process data on our behalf. They are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Retention

We keep waitlist data until launch, plus a reasonable period after. If you ask us to delete your data, we delete it — you do not need to wait for launch. Email contact@getzulurx.com.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe any time. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Stop texts any time. Reply STOP to any SMS program.
• Access or delete your data. Email contact@getzulurx.com and we will handle it.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has joined the waitlist, email contact@getzulurx.com and we will remove the data.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. If a change is significant — such as new data collection — we will tell waitlist members by email.
